Welcome to Our Ofsted Outstanding Pre-School

Established in 1982 You and Me Pre-School is a non-profit charity, run by fully qualified staff and overseen by a dedicated voluntary committee.

We provide high-quality education and care for children from the age of 2 until they leave to start Primary School as rising 5 year olds. Operating on a termly basis (open 38 weeks per year), we set our dates in line with Essex County Council, making our terms similar to those of local schools

Our small, friendly pre-school is based in a cabin within the grounds of the Church of Our Saviour, on the edge of the village green, right in the heart of Chelmer Village, Chelmsford.

We pride ourselves on creating a happy, positive and caring environment where every child feels valued. With a high staff to child ratio, we ensure individual care and attention. Our experienced, qualified team carefully supports each child's development, helping them take the next steps to reach their full potential.
